Furniture sold at this place is alright, just a shame customer service is absolutely appualing. Not somewhere I would recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, after my daughter left a negative review on my behalf about our experience with this business they contacted my husband at work and offered a full refund on furniture purchased. Was told to return it this morning. Arrived this morning at 9pm, store closed up, eventually salesman appeared and said store was closed until Wednesday! Denied saying he would give us a refund and offered a credit note and this ONLY IF MY DAUGHTER REMOVED HER REVIEW. Well Im afraid I would rather people know what they are like to deal with, they can keep their credit note and their rude staff!

Having bought from Blackbridge in the past we were very disappointed when going to store on Tuesday 21st February to purchase a coffee table and the one we wanted was on display and they wouldn't let us have it as it was the only one they had as it was on display.

Handy having this place round corner was abit gutted they only had the kingsize stag bedding in red when my walls blue and cream the blue was lovely and qouldv went perfect for my bedroom . They have lovely mirrors real pine ones starting under 30 pound . Beautiful furnature and garden furnature also the staff are always welcoming and non judgemental unlike sone stores you walk into prices are decent sofas comfy i will be going in again Tip.. theres an amazing burger van to grab a coffee or lu ch next to it reasonably priced owners are fab
