        Really rude staff, that I have contacted the main joules management about, as feel they ought to know. This is a newly opened shop, the assistants presumably want to keep it so - well not like this. No greeting, no eye contact, actively ignored my friend and myself, we walked out of the shop in disgust.

        Great service from staff & management ordered a jacket and arrived promptly with a telephone call to notify me as arranged very pleased with my purchase and the service I received would recommend this store to all ... Thank - you Joules your management & staff are a credit to you
