Terrible service. My father passed away and the letter they sent was very poorly written. This was the first i have heard of his death, i hoped for further details ASAP but after providing my contact details, two days later i still had not received a response. I contact them by phone to be told 'they were swamped with work and would probably be in touch next week'. A soulless response. I explained that I was just looking for a bit of info about how he died, but still didn't get to speak with the individual in charge of the case. Certainly would not want my family being treated like this after my death.
