5 star service and after care , the ladies are very knowledgeable about the car seats and have brilliant after care service aswell. I did a lot of research before visiting and they welcomed everything I had to say and query about the car seat s I had looked at, nothing was to much hassle for them and they didn't seam to mind how much time we spend with them asking questions and trying seat

Visited on Saturday to have a look around, ended up buying our pram and car seat. Excellent customer service, showed us how to fit the car seat properly and explained all the safety features and guidelines. Nothing was too much trouble and didn't feel rushed or pressured at any time. Storing our pram till our due date for free as well. Highly recommend coming here, not just for prams but for a whole array of other things for your baby.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough, I was so impressed with the service we received from start to finish. They just go the absolute extra mile, we were shown how to use every item, they store it until you are ready to collect and show you again once you collect how to safely use items. We went in expecting to just look around and left with every big item we needed for our new arrival. I would rate 100/10 if I could

Excellent Pram Centre with a super range of products and very knowledgeable staff. As first time parents it can be overwhelming and you feel a bit clueless with all things baby related but Suzanne and her staff team put your mind at ease, listen to what you need and give the best advice. We have bought all our baby things from the pram centre and would never go anywhere else. We have asked every stupid question going but they could not have been more friendly and helpful. First class service :D
