Nightmare service....try booking online and its an hour of your life wasted....never again. Not even a phone number on the website. Give us a company with personnel ready to lift the phone and help. Nice to have a person contact me immediately after my review. Thank you Jocelyn

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Stated they had a location at the Inverness railway station when its actually a meet and greet. Never showed up, then gave our car away leaving us stranded. Told us the only way to get our car was to come to the airport! Customer service was useless, rude and dismissive. Fortunately one phone call to the very wonderful people at Enterprise and we had a car almost immediately. NEVER AGAIN will I rent from Hertz.

When we arrived at Inverness, the Hertz agent informed us that our vehicle had been given away. Although we provided our flight number in our booking it was not referenced, and unfortunately there was a slight error in the pick-up time. No effort made look up the flight arrival time or to contact us prior to giving away our vehicle. We were on holidays and were left stranded as no other agencies had a vehicle available, and Hertz indicated they would not have another as a replacement. Seems to be they are overbooking and planning for no-shows. CarFlexi customer service indicated there was nothing to be done if the arrival time was incorrect. I have pointed out that on the booking page it needs to be made explicitly clear that a vehicle will only be held for 2 hours past the indicated pick-up time. I'm extremely disappointed in both Hertz and CarFlexi, this issue caused significant stress on our holiday and extra cost.

Nice staff, but they charged me with an extra day when I returned the car in time, so now I have to send them my boarding pass and I have to run after my own money... : D
