Popped in to discuss our existing underfloor heating and get some advice on how to bring it up to efficient levels. Chose Optimum after reading the amazing reviews and we were so glad we visited. Rory was so helpful explaining our options and recommending a reliable heating engineer (Gordon Laird) with the experience to survey our old system and help us upgrade certain elements without the cost of putting a new system in. As part of our new build Optimum designed and supplied the underfloor heating system for our house, we had a local company carry out the installation the but there where a few items which didn't appear correct. After a phone call with Rory at Optimum and a visit to site (200 miles round trip) all the issue where quickly resolved and working perfectly. Fantastic response and even better commitment by Rory to his customers if only all companies had the same approach. I would recommend Optimum all day long. Service: Heating system installation
