        This is a star of a place that had fallen (or been pushed) off its pedestal. We used to love coming here and it was always packed. However, on out latest visited (July 22) boats were closed indefinitely (not stated on website as that is the reason that we went) park was in state of disrepair with pieces of equipment bot working, litter, glass and pieces of soft top lying everywhere. It looked uncared for. We left after my son injured himself on the slide.

        Went in May 2022 looking to hire a row boat with my wife, was disappointed as there were no boats there. I suppose they might have closed down due to COVID.
