We experienced one of the best tours ever with Bill our guide for the Culloden Battlefield & Lochness tour. Bills wealth of historical knowledge can not be understated and his passion for Scotland was undeniable. He clarified several myths of Lochness and ensured us Nessie is not a monster but a creature! Before heading to Culloden we stopped for an excellent whiskey tasting (the 18 y/o was magical). During the Culloden battlefield tour, his description of the battle was powerful, his own family clan payed the ultimate sacrifice and it came through in his passionate portrail of how the clan massacre played out; it was very moving to say the least. During this tour with Bill, we learned, we laughed, we cried - thank you Bill!!

Hands down the most incredible touring experience I have had in my entire life. Our guide Stuart was knowledgeable, charismatic, charming, and had a real love and respect for his country, making us feel and share that same love. I could listen to him speak all day. HE took us on the Culloden/Loch Ness day trip and I learned so much. We were fortunate enough to be on the battlefield the day before the anniversary of the battle and got to participate in the walk to the commemorative cairn at the base of the field. To say we had chills and were moved would be an understatement. We went to Clava Cairns as well and he pointed out almost every little knook and cranny in the stones and knew as much as one could know of such an old place. Then we went to the Singleton Distillery and he showed us Americans the real way to taste whisky and it was just the best experience. I cannot give him enough credit and admiration for what he did for us. He made our week long trip so far. If you book with this company, which you should, make sure you ask for Stuart. He won't leave you wanting. He even had a nice unique surprise for us at the end. I won't spoil it.

We did the tour to isle of skye with Stuart, was the small bus with 8 people. I can say that was exelent guide ,also loats of good recomendations about our stay in inverness!! we enjoyed it very very much. We were lucky with the weather so that was even better for the pictures .. personaly i can comment that i would like to have maybe less stops but stay longer in the eilean donnan castle but this is me , others my think diffrent:) .. or have longer day and charge more for the tour $ ..also on the end of tour my son forgot his hat in the bus, i called Cameron i belive is the owner of the happy tours, he said stay where you are im bring in it right now , and he did . So honest friendly genuin people !!! Would i recomended to my family and best friends ?! YES YES YES

What a wonderful trip to the Glenfinnan viaduct! We had Stuart who gave us a wonderful day! Had such great knowledge, many stories, and was very attentive to everyone in our family. Our family of 4 were grouped up with 2 other pairings but we were all pretty punctual, curious, and congenial. The small group of 8 in the cozy van was preferable compared to all the larger busses we saw in the area. Our van was much easier in and out of stops. We had a great time and highly recommended the company, especially Stuart!!
