The car was wonderful and if you are staying in Inverness they have a free service to pick you up and drop you off wherever you tell them to. 100% recommendable! Very friendly staff and I appreciate the accommodation on such short notice, however there seemed to have been a miscommunication/misunderstanding about the drop off time. Both my husband and I were positive we confirmed an afternoon check out time with the expectation that we would receive a partial refund from the security deposit but when we arrived at the exact agreed upon time, they told us we were supposed to be back that morning. Im not sure where the miscommunication happened as my husband and I had the same exact drop off time expectation and we ended up losing about half the deposit we were supposed to get back. I would rent again but just make SURE you clarify the times or you may be charged an extra day.

Highly recommended! They stayed after hours for me when I was delayed and were really nice to deal with. Checking in and paying beforehand made it a quick handover, and they offered me a lift to the station on drop off. Perfect.
