Have been easy to deal with from start to finish. Great communication from them when it was immediately apparent there might be a delay to fitting due to them receiving our countertops late from supplier. They turned it around very quickly and were able to honour the original fit date and their work is top notch! Thanks very much.

Would not recommend this company. Asked Stone Source for a quote on 2 caithness stone slabs 1200mm square by 90mm thick and was quoted 788.00 each plus delivery. I asked another company for the same and was quoted 220.00 each. I don't mind companies making a profit but this is rediculous.

An exceptional company to work with. We are in the process of completing 90m2 of dry-stone walling on a new build house. Stone source provided samples, photos, and lots of technical information on how to fit the stone. Trevor worked with our Architect and Engineers to ensure everything is being installed correctly. Delivery was prompt and on time as promised. Since Stone Source have been so good to deal with, we are now ordering limestone tiles from them which they can install professionally if we require their services. They have also supplied us with a limestone sill, manufactured to our exact specifications. This is a company with competitive prices and highly experienced staff who know their stuff. If you have a large scale project, they will not let you down.

An utter shambles from start to finish. They gave me the option to use my own courier - DPD in this case. Three collection attempts later and hours of live chat, DPD finally collected the item. When it arrived, you could clearly see that it had broken in half it was that inadequately packaged. A few layers of bubble wrap and a fragile sticker are simply not good enough. Emailed Stone Source with photos and they are completely unwilling to assist. You used your own courier they say.. Nothing to do with us... Take it up with YOUR courier.. Thankfully I paid for insurance. Nope.. DPD reviewed and said the item was inadequately packaged. Back to Stone Source who are completely unwilling to try and sort this. I am now out of pocket. Disgrace!!!
