A website that skillfully keeps direct contact away, a phone line that won't put you through to a human being, cleverly disappeared, not to return during covid. These guys don't actually have service users welfare at heart, never mind best interests. Waste of council tax money.

So you send me a letter threatening me Thursday so it arrives Friday after I've been at work so I get to sit there for Saturday and Sunday not being able to sort it because your closed. Plus you put a seven day time limit for me to respond. So you gave me 3 days instead of seven. Far as I'm concerned you guys need to sort your act out, especially if you want to threaten people with court and fines over a late bill for something that seems to mainly fund you all sitting around doing nothing to help the most vulnerable members of the community while you fund huge partys for new years and arrest people over fines and debts when there are homeless people sleeping on the streets, an obvious heroin problem in the city, and the police chasing around teenagers smoking cannabis and throwing them to the ground like they are armed and dangerous instead of chasing actually dangerous people. Your a joke. You exist as a manifestation of what goes wrong when we put power in the hands of bureaucrats, all you do is extend the bureaucracy and hope no one notices you cause more problems than you fix. We pay you to fill out forms that mean nothing all day and then if we don't want to pay you arrest us. That is not a fair society. I have no problem paying to help people who need benefits, for fire fighters and doctors, for binmen and road workers. But all of you sat in the offices and all the bloody police are a bunch of useless idiots and I hope one day everybody realises what an absolute waste of time you are and turns around and tells you where to stick it.
