Picked up my Evoque today recquired some clarity regarding my service shedule which seemed to come up before due date and mileage . The staff at the service desk were very helpfull and the service manager clarified the situation regarding the service indication . As always i find the Managment and Staff very helpfull regarding their product they sell this is my second Range Rover Evoque acquired from Parks Inverness and it will not be the last Thanks for your great service

Just got my new car and wanted to thank the sales team for my new car, which I am absolutely delighted with. During what was a long wait due to the global supply issues, I was kept fully up to date by Jordan on a regular basis regarding delivery dates from JLR, anyone looking to buy a new Land Rover should ask for Jordan by name, she really made the buying process very straightforward, has a great deal of product knowledge and is a great asset to Parks. Five stars from me!

Bought a car from parks in Inverness not quite a year in. Car has been back and forth umpteen times and they still can't get it right!! Now a new noise has occurred and sent in videos of the defects 2 weeks ago and no one can be bother to get in touch with us. They also didn't supply me with an mot certificate when purchasing the vechial so iv had to now chase them for that. Iv never had any bother before this car with them at all but this one they sold me must be out of a lucky bag
