I had a fabulous experience when picking up my new car. The journey started in November 22 with a call from Andris Kastovskis about interest in a new jaguar F-Pace and finished in March 23 with actual delivery of my new car. I have purchased 6 new cars from the Inverness dealership in 10 years but this latest experience was the best by far. Andris treated me so well from regular updates to the final day culminating in an unveiling of my new car in the showroom which was simply great. Will I buy another new car from Parks Jaguar? Possibly! Will I buy another car from Andris Lastovskis? absolutely ! Great guy. Well done and major thanks. PS loving the car as well . Colin

Highly recommend Parks Jaguar in Inverness. Car was in for its first service yesterday and once again, excellent service. Customer service very professional and friendly. Supplied a courtesy car too. Thank you very much indeed.

Just changed our car and from start to finish Andris Lastovskis has been amazing! Definitely 10/10 customer service. Exceptionally knowledgeable about their vehicles & so patient in explaining all aspects of our car. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much once again Andris

Fantastic experience buying our car at parks jaguar made quick easy and smooth by andris, whole team their were all brilliant with us friendly welcoming top marks and espically andris 10/10 he even delivered S4 badge I required in time for us collecting the car . Thanks again we are delighted with the new car
