Roz is a welcoming hostess who cannot do enough to make you feel at home. The room was large, well-appointed and comfortable. The buffet breakfasts, not cooked, are substantial and delicious, including smoked salmon, cheeses, croissants and loads of fresh fruit. The house is a 15 minute walk from and railway stations, city centre and lots of restaurants. This is a super place to stay and very good value.

If we are lucky enough to return to Inverness, we would not stay anywhere but here! I had communicated with Roz prior to our stay via email, and she was always quick to respond. As soon as she opened the front door, we felt welcomed and knew we had chosen the right B&B. We had some travel issues and Roz and David went above and beyond to help us. We will be forever thankful to them for getting us back on track with our vacation plans. The room was spacious and immaculate with cozy pillows and blankets. I am a very light sleeper, and the location is very quiet (our room even faced the road). The breakfast room was lovely. Roz offered to make several types of cooked eggs which my husband accepted, and they came hot and fresh out of the kitchen in a few minutes. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and I was more than happy with the offered selection. Off street parking is a plus and the location is great!
