Inverness City Suites - Luxury Serviced Apartments

Hi I stayed with family at the Inverness city suites 2-7 High town ones we were on the second floor. I have a toddler and older daughter age 9 with me. It was extremely difficult getting the pram up and down the stairs. No lift and pregnant. I was very disappointed, I am not usually one to write reviews unless extremely disappointing or exceeding expectations. The handle on the door was stiff to lift and open, the floors were slippy and my toddler kept slipping over even with socks off, the electrics kept tripping no hot water at times, washer took about 5 hours to wash even though on a basic wash when the electrical s were working at the beginning but water wasn't fully draining from the drum, couldn't get the coffee machine to work, towels not change d regular so had to keep using the same towels, only one tea towel so as electric s kept switching had no tea towel once the first one needed washing, tried putting the blinds up I did this slowly as appeared stiff to get up then the cord snapped so had to keep one lot down, when the bin was full no direction where to take bags so was a bit difficult, only 1 pan given we came as a big family through 2 apartments, just didn't have a good experience. I am hoping as an owner you will take my experience to make it a better one for others. I felt the last review I read was a bit defensive. It is my personal experience and made my experience very stressful. The apartments were Spacey and beds comfty and quiet considering in central location.
