        I have no words to describe my experience, Jennifer and other two lovely ladies helped me today after I got let down by ego hair design, 3 weeks of wait & consultation, ego design right on the appointment day said that agreed plan cant proceed as no colour will cover the hair colour you already have!! I was tearful as I already cancelled appointments with other salons including JFH. However, I turned up on the spot and JFH Design accepted me, discussed whats possible and how best we can proceed. Extremely professional and the behaviour of all the ladies was polite as well and I am not saying because they accepted me but I could see how genuinely they wanted to make a customer happy. Merry Christmas (Advacned) & Thank you so much for helping me at last minute. I definitely recommend everyone to go there, 10/10. A big . You have certainly made my day. Service: Hair coloring
