I am only on my 3rd week of the 28 day challenge and have joined as a member. Staff & members have all been so welcoming and friendly. Already I feel part of the family. Sessions are varied, some very challenging but that makes it all the more enjoyable! The team are always there to advise and to ensure each exercise is done correctly.

I took on the 6 week challenge for over 50's and I loved it. The staff are amazing. Due to old sporting injuries I have struggled with certain exercises and the staff immediately adapt it so I can still do it with a lot more ease. Everyone is so friendly it's like one big happy family. Since joining my energy levels are up, I'm sleeping better, my fitness buzz is back. Thank you x

I signed up for the 28-day challenge to supplement my triathlon training with cross-training. What stood out straight away was the friendliness, professionalism and enthusiasm from each trainer and member of staff. From the get-go they knew every clients name (impressive), checked up on everyones progress daily and provided such amazing attention to detail during workouts which is truly unique for any group gym session I have ever attended.

I was nervous to join. However, Dan and the Team make you feel very relaxed and very welcome. You train at your pace and there is no pressure from the instructors. Focussing on technique has really helped me. Thoroughly enjoying the training and the variety of sessions available, the venue and atmosphere. I cannot recommend Dan Moore Elite Training highly enough! The app is so easy to book courses and see availability. Why wait until tomorrow, give it a go today. You wont regret it. I certainly havent.

Every now and then, I look on my map and I spot a place which is just outside my comfort zone, it is invariably called 'the place where magic happens'. This particular one happens to be 'DMElite, a place of fitness wizardry and enchantment'. On one of the walls of the gym is written 'People will never forget how you made them feel', which is true - all our memories have emotions attached to them - that's how we can remember them; and everyone leaves a session at DMElite emotionally richer than when they went in. This comes down to the values that the business embodies - Community, Innovation, Service, Respect, Balance, and Consistency. These values are emblazoned on the walls, they emanate from the staff, and also from the members who engage with one another, who forge friendships, who work hard, and most importantly who feel we belong ... and that is just plain good for the soul. Who does not want some of that in their lives? I would encourage anyone to come down and give it a go, talk to the team, talk to other members and I'm sure you will find what you are looking for. We all have our stuff going on in our day-to-day, not one of us is the same, life is just a beautiful mess to be embraced, it is not a competition - which is why this is a gym for people who don't like gyms making us quite the eclectic bunch. Taking the decision to act is always the most difficult part, after that it is only ever about tenacity. I read a quote by Carl Sagan recently which puts it much better than I can ... "You are a ghost driving a meat covered skeleton made of stardust, riding a planet at 10,000 miles per hour through the infinity of the universe; so what are you afraid of!?" DMElite rocks my world four or five times a week - pure magic.
