        Was back up for Christmas joined for the week at gym 300 I used to train here when I lived in Inverness 9 year ago. Its still my go to place for training when Im back home for a short stay. Its fantastic I know of MAYBE! one gym in Glasgow thats like this place I wish gym 300 was in Glasgow its a great gym friendly staff and the equipment in the gym is brilliant it has everything! Highly recommend this place!!!

        Very friendly family owned gym. Keen to encourage all stages of fitness, weight lifting & body building levels. Great equipment well maintained. With professional advice on supplements, i.e., protein powders, what is best for you. Not trying to sell what you don't need in the gym. The only thing is music can be suspect at times
