Eleanor is a gracious host and her dog Mia is the best greeter! Eleanor went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. When some of our plans fell through, she had great suggestions for other things to do. The breakfast here is as wonderful as the service. Definitely would stay again and will be recommending to any friend or family coming to Scotland!

We had an amazing time in Inverness and Eleanor's guest house largely contributed to that ! The room was beautiful, the view was charming and the location was just perfect. We are also very grateful for the breakfast which was delicious (best scones I have eaten so far). Finally, Eleanor was a lovely and warm host who gave us lots of good advices.

Eleanor is the epitome of the perfect Bed and Breakfast hostess. Charming, thoughtful and well versed on Inverness, she truly seemed interested in making our stay whatever we needed it to be. Her home is beautifully decorated and not only quaint but also very comfortable. Her many course breakfast served on Blue Willow Spode china is something I looked forward to every day. Castle View is also in a great location in Inverness. It is on the River Ness and connected to great walking paths as well as being within walking distance to many top notch restaurants. Our stay at Castle View was outstanding and I highly recommend you give it a try.
