Terrible service and staff are abusive and hurtful to their clients. I have seen a young mum crying uncontrollably because they stopped her money for being late for a appointment absolutely horrid behaviour

Disgustingly atrocious behaviour from staff. Bullying, condescending and down right rude!! Would NEVER recommend this centre to ANYONE.

Horrible, petty minded, hostile, condescending, intrusive and bullying staff. They seem more interested in underlining their authority than helping people. They dont even protect the publics right to privacy, having interviews in a wide open office where anyone can and does overhear whats being discussed. They meet people with a bad attitude right from the off and then seem surprised when those people are upset and angry. What would it take to talk to people in a friendly manner? Maybe a smile now and then! Youll only receive a decent service if you are prepared to show them the kind respect they believe they are due. Perhaps not even then. It will depend on whether or not they like your face. They have no medical training but believe they know better than you, the person living with the difficulty day in and day out. Oh and if they dont like you because theyve maybe heard some childish, suspect, misrepresentation of your character, because lets face it thats what life is for some in Inverness. Dont expect your personal information to be protected. And when they do abuse their position of trust, dont then expect to be able to do anything about it. How exactly are you going to prove it? Its your word against theirs! Shouldnt the people working in a GOVERNMENT department be above this kind of behaviour? Perhaps Im asking too much.
