Phoned on Wednesday As I stupidly left a wedding gift to last minute. The lady that took my call was extremely professional and helpful and gave me a few options, she told me not to worry about the postage if the gift as she would put it through on priority so it could get delivered on time.
Faith in great customer service is fully restored and when I am in Inverness I will be visiting the shop. Could not sing your praises more over all extremely happy with the level of service that was provided that was absolutely over and above expectations
