        My 83 year old father took his old strimmer there to be repaired, (I will not call the guy that served as an assistant) the member staff said yes sir we can fix this. I picked it up, assured by the guy that repaired it that it no longer leaked, 49 later, put in the car, 5 minutes away from leaving, yup, it was leaking. My father got no help when he asked why it was not repaired but got a printout, at the bottom in tiny letters we dont have the parts!!! The guy who repaired it assured me it was. This company saw a very elderly GENTLEMAN, and deliberately mislead him. Its disgraceful and I shall be writing to all local papers to warn future victims.
