They have not showed my 6 week old son any respect. Calling me daily to remind me that his little body is rotting by the day. after 7 weeks I finally got him home only to not be able to get ahold of drew to arrange the cremation. Everything from how Id like things done to the colour of the coffin nothing Ive asked for can be accommodated. Im now doing hourly inspections of my sons coffin in the hopes I dont find maggots coming out of his coffin. They didnt even give me a cold blanket to keep him cold enough at home. Please do not trust these people with your dead they will only traumatise you further.

Our family have always used John Frasers. Excellent service from start to finish. Professional and helpful staff, who can't do enough to help. The home and Hearse are very nice too.

Drew and the team at John Fraser and Son were exceptional from start to finish when my dad passed. They listened to my family's wishes and prepared his funeral above and beyond what I expected. The service was beautiful and I am so thankful for them to be a part of my dad's final journey in caring for him and supporting me. Thank you again
