        Unfortunately, after 19 years of being a loyal customer, at one time with 3 residential tanks and a business tank but now with only my 95 year old mothers tank, I will never use this company again! Uncaring and very unkind. No-one has reached out to me!

        Called up yesterday (23rd December!) after realising we were about to run out of oil. they said we would be prioritised but we were expecting at least a week. Our oil was topped up today (24th December) - great service especially the time of year. Friendly team to speak to as well. Would highly recommend.
