        Very disappointed with birthday flowers I had sent to my daughter, 55 + 5.95 for delivery, just not worth the money, amount of flowers minimal, replacement bouquet sent after complaint a token gesture. Owner even went out to inspect my complaint!! Certainly wouldn't recommend this florist to anyone.Flowers delivered bore no resemblance to the pictures on their website.

        Called this shop last week for a bouquet of flowers valued 50.Working 100miles away from my partner all week meant I couldn't see them til 5days later..Well Ive never complained about flowers before but this bouquet was akin to 2 lots of 3 flowers found in Aldi. Cheap and nasty and no thought put in to colours..just a mix up. I called to make a complaint...Amazed that I got told I should have complained sooner (which was impossible since I hadn't seen the flowers til the weekend) I was shocked at how little they cared and didn't even offer a gesture to put out another bunch or knock money off. Never again. Absolutely shocking
