We engaged MJ MacPherson about work to restore a property from business to residential use. Over a period of months Ross and Scott in particular have been fantastic in working on our property. They've installed full lighting circuits, including some particularly awkward hanging lights. They've decommissioned business fire systems and replaced with domestic equivalents. They've helped convert a bathroom into a bedroom and vice versa for electrics. They've made considered recommendations, including dissuading us from a fusebox change that they could easily have charged a lot for but recommended against the work. The team has always turned up when they said they would, and have tidied up behind them when finishing for the day.
