        Really disappointing after sale service from Sterner Aquatech. We bought some of their Aqua Filter houses that turned out to be faulty. I contacted the Manufacturers in Poland who accepted the issue and advised Sterner of the replacement procedure. Since then I've tried contacting both companies several times and I've been ignored.

        I would give this company no stars if i could!.I Ordered the big blue set and didn't get the spanner id paid for so i mailed them and they said they would send one out.Ive not had anything at all and they are now ignoring my current emails.Its now been a month and the cannister's are leaking all over the place as i cannot tighten them up.If you are reading this 'David' can you send me the spanner please?...****PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THE COMPANY YOUR MONEY FOR ORDERS THEY CANNOT DELIVER!****

        Ordered filters listed as in stock on Monday, was advised delivery would be on Wednesday, still had nothing on Friday. I had to contact them on Friday only to be told they didnt have the filter I had paid for on Monday and didnt know when they would get it. What a waste of time! Ordered it elsewhere and is being delivered next day.

        Ordered two Wedeco UV water sterilisation systems and two Aquafilter double filter housings and filters for myself and neighbours cottages. Delivery was by UPS and both cottages are enjoying crystal clear water from the stream. Very happy with speed and service.
