Worst doctors practice the time you need to wait on the phone and its not even a person you speak to when you call the time you need to wait on getting any type of appointment is a joke you are faster going to a different practice

Absolutely horrendous medical practice. I was in immense pain from having an iud fitted and the receptionist said there was nobody available to remove it for me and I'd have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to get it removed. Same day a doctor called me with results I was waiting on and he said just to come straight in as there was someone in that could do it for me. Bloody Receptionists dont care. I actually dread making an appointment as you have to get past them first. It's gotten so bad since the first pandemic.. I've had a few issues but avoid going to docs because of them so probably not doing my body any favours.

The Drs here do not care about the health of their patients at all. I had my final call with one of the Drs here (Dr. Elder) that hung up on me, when I was discussing important topics. The reason I say final is because I am never again going to this practice. Its a complete waste of time, because I get nowhere. I have decided to go private, which I would advise anyone.

I've been pretty poorly since the end of November 2022 and I've had ro rely on the surgery for appointments and getting sick notes. They have always been kind and considerate on the phone. I would like to especially thank Emily who is excellent and I think she deserves a pay rise for putting up with me !! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all the team. Also a big thank you to Dr Wood who was Brill. 10 out of 10,
