The doctors are great and listen to the patients concerns. If you have concerns that can't wait for an appointment, patients can call and ask to see a doctor on the day.

Ive thankfully moved surgery now - but this was my childhood practice right up until I was in my late 20s. They ignored every symptom I ever presented them with, putting it down to mental health I guess, but they should have been able to diagnose coeliac disease and Hashimotos disease when they developed in me (around age 16), or at least a couple years later especially as they KNEW I was iron deficient They didnt ever test me, they were always so dismissive and the only reason I can think of to explain it is because I was a young, overweight teenage girl as a result my health got worse and worse and have been pretty miserable actually. My new GP almost immediately orders the relevant antibody tests, and gets me quickly referred to the depts I need to see. Why did it take nearly 15 years to find a competent doctor, NHS?? I saw multiple docs at Cairn. Personally wouldnt recommend to go near Cairn ever again. I feel Ive been robbed of living my life at regular quality in my youth, which might be a bit dramatic and its not their fault Ive got these conditions but they were the ones who were supposed to help me and they didnt.

Just moved to Inverness with my wife from Edinburgh and after cause for a couple of visits we feel the GPs, receptionists and nurses all really care about their patients instead of just being a number at our previous Edinburgh surgery. I totally recommend Cairn Medical Practice.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Cairn. My partner and I have been patients here for 2.5 years now and they have been outstanding. Care has always been prompt, and appointments timely considering how busy GPs are all over the country. They clearly go above and beyond to provide the best possible all round care for their patients and I am so grateful we decided to sign up with them when we moved to Inverness. Thank you. We appreciate you and all the work you put in.
