I wouldn't usually publicly review a medical practice but this has to be hands down one of the worst i've had the joy of going to. Doctors are great but throughout this pandemic the wording i've been greeted with "Is this a medical emergency"? puts the responsibility back into patient. Days go by without getting to speak to a doctor and honestly the recptionists need to do some people skills training. The only good thing I've had to experience is the doctor I spoke to once I got an appointment. I think whoever runs the show at this place needs to get it together and get more staff and better staff to run this sinking ship.

As of 2023 patients don't bother wearing masks sitting coughing in reception ! Why is the practice not insisting on compulsory mask wearing in reception? There are very vulnerable patients that have to wait there no matter if chairs are distanced between each other! Please bring back compulsory mask wearing inside reception the public need guided due to their own ignorance and laziness.

You simply do not do your job properly. It has been almost three years now and I don't remember one single time I could collect my medicine from the pharmacy on time. On the medicine request form, you say allow 'minimum 2 working days' to collect your medicine from the pharmacy. I always go there for collection after 5 working days and the medicine is never ready! What is even worse, when I come back to the surgery to say I urgently need my medicine and query what's wrong, your staff never cares about it. No intention to solve the problem, no apology, no sorry... You are not managing a candy shop, it is a medical practice. I am not requesting a medicine for fun, I order it because I HAVE TO take it every morning.
