Argos Inverness Eastfield Way

Argos is a great option for those who need to quickly pick and grab an item. Their self-service system is efficient, and the staff are always happy to assist you if you need help. Keep in mind, however, that sometimes it can take a bit of time for your item to be ready for pickup. Despite this, Argos is still a great choice for those who value convenience and a hassle-free shopping experience.

Absaloutly rubbish orderd here delivery driver cancled it 15 mins past due time slot. Then argos decided put money back today take it out my account again today. Argos made out i cancld order was actully them. With no update why was cancled by them in first place. And today no idea why retaken money out refumded me first place now wont be cleard till xmas eve for there mess up

I approached Argos with a sense of caution but I need not have worried. On arrival I was met by a member of staff and was told I would need to wait as the order points were occupied. If I had ordered online I could have just collected there and then. Once I was inside I was directed to an order point - it was all very straight forward because I could pay at the order point. It was just a matter of collecting my goods and that was that. I was pleased all the current safety measures are taken very seriously in Argos. There is good parking and it is a spacious shop inside. One year on and Argos is more or less back to normal. I still prefer to go to the shop rather than order online. I do check online to see if they have what I want in stock. For me Argos is reliably good.I think it is worth leaving my review how I found Argos during the early days of lock down easing. It is a reminder of how things were.

Worst company I've ever delt with, they tell u to phone customer service for refund waited 35min & still no awnser. So went 2 inverness store 2 speak 2 manager who says sorry i cant help u , u need 2 phone customer service JOKE . They r quick enough 2 take your money though oh & still trying 2 get my refund. Pathetic i will never shoo their again. The refund is 4 an 72year old women who is in stress over this 124 so i hope you r proud of yourselfs!!
