Bupa Dental Care Inverness - Hilton

Had to have my tooth crowned, original appointments were due back in July. Took time off work, turned up just to be told there was no record of them ever existing. Ok, things happened, I rebooked, but could not help but think to myself, how is that possible if I got a phone call couple of months prior asking is I wanted to start treatment earlier. Anyway, patiently waiting for October to come, get a letter through the post today that my upcoming appointments had to be cancelled. What a joke! If I was to rebook I'd have to wait another 3 months at least! I have been waiting since April already. Not to mention that a filling I had put in last year and paid over 90 for completely crumbled away over the course of the year. Stay away from them.

Third time in a row the dentist has rescheduled. Have now waited best part of half a year for a simple check up.
