Castle House Dental Practice

I have been a loyal customer for over twenty years in this practice. My dentist is the best I have ever had. For several years I was travelling 200 miles to visit them and paid a lot of money for dental insurance. I have just received a letter that because I did not want to wear a mask during my last appointment I am not welcome any more in this practice. A great example of common sense still prevails not. I do not believe I deserved to be bullied during my last visit and spoken with disrespect, patronised and humiliated. I was expecting apologies and instead, they told me not to come back. I suppose it is easier than to apologise. Shame.

Dentists are very good, however, The receptionist was very blunt, very rude and even accused me of lying at one point. Looking at the other reviews it is clear that Im not the only person to have this experience. Real shame as my dentist (Paul White) was excellent but I won't be returning after the way I was spoken to. I'm a paying customer at the end of the day and haven't been treated as such.

Amazing - from someone who had an absolute fear of the dentist to someone who now trusts and is happy to go for appointments. You have restored my faith and brought back my smile
