My parcel has been in delivery Depot for 3 days last scan 3 days ago company has usless customer service.

Waited in all day a parcel, checking my tracking on and off throughout the day said it was out for delivery, checked at 4pm to see it claimed delivery was attempted!! Delivery was not attempted and no card was left. Phoned the number to complain, they said driver had put on the system that he was unable to leave card! That will be because he never came. So angry and disappointed
