        New home from Tulloch less than 8 years old with leaking bathroom connectors behind enclosed units. Poor workmanship at installation with inferior products. If you are buying one of these new homes, check behind the enclosed toilet/basin regularly. We are now having to replace the entire floor. Your 10yr NHBC cover does not include plumbing of any sort within the home. While getting quotes for this work, one local plumber has told me in our area alone, they have replaced over 70 units. Not what you expect from a brand new house less than 8 years old. Very poor Tulloch, as was the response to my email highlighting this to you.

        Thought about buying flat at the parks Inverness advertised with stunning views. Then I noticed all the trees planted on the opposite side of the road views will be gone in a few years because of the height they will grow to. Probably very nice flats and was looking forward to owning one wish they had one I could view and make a better decision
