        An excellent service from Graham & Sibbald iv used them in the past & have always found them to be very professional & thorugh from start to finish. Neil my surveyor was very friendly & honest in any advice given & was outstanding in delivering what was a very fair home report. Stuart Matheson

        Not a good survey or surveyor. Instead of focusing on what the house has, he kept mentioning what the house did not have as rooms or features. Several days after the survey we called to check on the progress of the home report and were told that the surveyor had no idea what he thought the property was worth, and actually asked what we thought it was worth. Is that not his job?
