        Reason I came back to work for this charity is that I can continue my study and work with vulnerable adults, which gives me a paid placement and satisfaction. There is also an opportunity to grow within the company for those who really wish. I feel there is a great support from the management who are always available

        Wouldn't even rate this care company as a one star but google made me put a star on Birchwood aren't a good company at all leaving people with mental health and vulnerable without any support. Have phoned at night time with them saying they are going to send out the support which they never did absolutely atroucious company
