        Absolutely no idea about customer service. I sent an enquiry about opening a new account and following three sales calls, where they confirmed they did deliver to my address, I duly placed an order and waited in ALL DAY but no delivery and no phone call. The following morning after a frustrating 30 mins trying in vain to get through to their customer service I emailed and was eventually told to phone their credit control department as my account had been blocked. Turns out Inverness depot dont like my address and decided to close my account with no attempt made to inform me. Over a week on and I still await an apology- my advice would be avoid, avoid, avoid. I will be sticking with Bookers who could teach these guys a lot about how to treat customers.
