100% 1st class service Absolutely smashed it Inverness Volvo , amazing salesman Matthew Bohdaniec who was so attentive but not pushy , very knowledgable and got me an amazing deal and all this over the phone. I got 2 videos showing me the car which was not expected and so helpful. I am super happy with my car and the ease of getting it from my local click and collect just topped the whole experience off , I can not recommend this team enough . So professional. I don't want to bother you with specific information about my experience. All I want to say is if you bought a car from Arnold Clark and you need help under the warranty, expect for zero help from them. They will avoid your phone calls and ignore your emails. After many times to get in contact with them, I ended up repairing the car at my own cost. The only reason I chose Arnold Clark was the long time trade and I thought it's a reputable company. But I couldn't be more wrong. If you want to avoid disappointment please make yourself a favor and don't give them your hard earned money. I also advise my family members, friends, acquaintances, co-workers, neighbors to avoid them at all costs. Maybe there are some honest people within Arnold Clark company, but the company management is way below expectations. Especially in Volvo Inverness branch. My honest advice for you is make yourself a favor and stay away from them.
