Allan Stuart, our car salesman this time, proved a pleasant person to deal with, being efficient and helpful. Also a mentioning in dispatches is the ever pleasant and reliable Joyce who is clearly the front of house person to whom everybody turns to for advice, customers and staff alike. Weve never met such a well oiled team of people.

Fantastic Service BMW Inverness Fantastic service from Ross Maclver and Callum Graham at Arnold Clark BMW Inverness, from start to finish Ross kept us informed via phone and email. He is a credit to the showroom and I would love to buy my next car from him. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants exceptional and outstanding service. I would like to say that you if it wasn't for Carol , I would never had bought another BMW. Carol is amazing and very helpful every time we see her . When we talk to her on the phone she is always present and goes above and beyond for us . My only issues are calling the branch , most of the time no one answers and when they do , we never get the call back . So this is something that needs to be addressed ASAP . We have notified you about this issues and I am sorry but its still happening. This is nothing to do with Carol , without her working for BMW I would never have bought another new car from you , thanks again Carol for everything you do for us, we do really appreciate it .
