        Service team wont take calls, cant get a service plan. Avoid like the plague Now we have to produce a V5 for a serviceWe have just purchased the car from, yes youve guessed Id it Mercedes Inverness what a shambles.

        My car was to come with free service but they couldnt find the record when I needed it. Trying to call them and their staff was too busy to talk even fir few minutes. The receptionist was so rude that she hung up on me while i was still talking. Not a good experience with them.

        Car was serviced yesterday - oil and filter change, easy job. In the evening I see an oil stain under the car. After checking, I saw that the whole engine and undertray is dirty with oil - I don't think anyone used a funnel when pouring the oil and what's more the oil level on the dipstick is too high - they poured too much oil. I heard bad opinions about this service but I thought they know what they are doing especially that this was the easiest job - unfortunately I was wrong. I am very disappointed and I will definitely not go back there and I will not recommend this workshop to anyone.
