The staff were pleasant and clearly making an effort, but there were not enough of them. A 35 minute wait for food, then after 10 minutes waiting for cutlery I left with a takeaway box with a now cold meal, and 5 minutes parking remaining. That was my work lunch break gone. You should have closed or said no hot food. Not an acceptable performance. Vegetarian options: They're available and varied but the wait is unacceptable.

That was the most beautiful meal I've had in so long, just what I needed absolutely gorgeous I recommend Vegetarian options: Wonderful veggie options, I had the veggie bangers and mash and I was very impressed

Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free with adults. Parking: A few pounds but refunded on store purchase.

Absolutely disgusting will never stop here for breakfast again. We ordered 4 full scottish breakfasts and a build your own breakfast cost 31.00. On arrival our food was cold swimming in grease no poached eggs just fried. My daughters lorne sausage was undercooked and full of grizzle which resulted in her chocking. My husband egg was full of shell which resulted in him boaking the bacon had an off vinegar taste. After eating a bit I noticed a few hairs on my plate that was gameover for me it was absolutely vile I had to leave as I was feeling sick I never complained but I will never return there for food used to be good but it has gone severally down hill.

Average Breakfast Ordered 2 x Scottish Breakfasts via the table app. Breakfast took 45 minutes to get to the table, could not find any staff members to ask what was happening. I managed to speak to a nice woman who did not have a clue what was happening and had to show her the confirmation on my phone as she was not aware of the order. When the breakfast arrived, everything had obviously been deep fried as my plate was swimming in fat. The taste and standard overall was not bad, just a shame about the wait and the quick turnout of the food. One observation was customers were helping themselves to hot drinks they had not paid for.......but then again, there was no one watching and if you are wating nearly an hour for your food, what do you expect!!!
