        Ken provided knowledge and access to specialist partners for our purchase that to that date we had not been able to find. When dealing with a modern build, in Scotland, on a croft there were many nuances that had tripped previous brokers up and resulted in retracted offers from lenders as we got into the details. Ken and his team helped us navigate through these points in the right order which ultimately enabled us to buy our dream property. Throughout this process Ken was easy to communicate with and kept a watching eye even when part of the process was passed to those specialist partners. Thank you Ken.

        I can't fault the service from Ken and Olivia at Kintail Finance. Including our vehicle finance deals this was the third and largest finance deal sourced through Kintail. We previously had another corporate broker but Ken came out to see us on-site twice and stayed involved throughout. Finance Options were limited owing to our recent MBO from our UK owner, but Ken sourced an excellent gap funder on a 250k flexible 3 year term, and a decent interest rate. Ken took us through the process step-by-step and if any problems arose Ken would contact me directly by phone or arrange a visit or liaise directly with the lender or my accountant. Without Ken;s knowledge and skills we would probably not have got the funding. Thanks Ken, I am due you a beer at some point in Inverness. SG
