        Continually lie through their teeth about delivery. 7 week promised delivery turned into 14 week delivery.. Window order incorrect when it arrived. Door furniture not provided with windows. Customer service is non existent. Clearly evident that this was not a one off as witnessed other customers shouting at the staff because of their inability to deliver on time.. You can only be sure that your windows are delivered when they arrive otherwise don t believe any promises they make
