Bensons for Beds

Had what I wanted but was very expensive and all the staff were stood together chatting when I walked in (shop was dead) everyone stopped to look at me, it went deadly quiet and none of them spoke till I asked for the product I wanted, then they just grunted and waved me to the section. Very odd behaviour. No wonder I keep seeing their branches closing.

Service was good on initial purchase however after 4 weeks we received a call to say final balance has to be paid within 24 hours for delivery even although we were informed we would receive a call 14 days prior to delivery! When I called to arrange payment and ask for delivery date I was told 19 October (1 week from call) it would be however they would check and confirm. I then received a call saying sorry beds would not be delivered until 13th January as there is a delay in making the bed!! I told them this was no use to us as we couldnt wait that long so the caller said no problem they would refund me my deposit and it should be in our account within the next two days! On checking our account 3 days later there was no refund! I called the shop and was informed the refund hadnt been processed because they needed my card details!! My question is, if I hadnt called the shop when would they ever have processed my refund!! Not the kind of service I would expect from a company like this!! I have now bought my beds from Dreams!

Fantastic experience, from purchase to delivery. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, but not pushy, and the delivery was on the week expected, and with no fuss. Highly recommend.
