Was sent a text this morning to tell me it had been cancelled!
Yes folk get ill but I had had a text Wed confirming my appointment. Thought I might have been entitled to a phone call and a rearrangement but nothing. I won't be booking this place again for their poor customer service. I have my daughters graduation ceremony on Mon without a new hair cut. Thanks, NOT!
