A few tips: Listen to your client. Don't forget what they asked for, and, the client knows their hair better than you. When you make a mistake, it takes months and months for that hair to grow back. Women over 50 actually care what they look like, they are not irrelevant. It is not okay to give a poor haircut on that basis. Leaving a Salon should make one feel better, not worse. Shouting over to other members of staff having conversations, whilst you are cutting hair, subsequently cutting it poorly, is not acceptable. Finally, calling yourself a Senior Stylist, doesn't make you a good stylist. Service: Hairstyling
