        Very disappointed in this bank and the app!.. was fine yorkshire bank.. errors with apps customer service get passed to several different people on phone not good enough spent over 3 hrs of my time trying to sort a simple error!

        The staff at Inverness are class cant fault but when trying to get help of customer service on the phone bloody terrible waiting for 2 hours just to get help ps there needs to be a late night when people can come in after work Iv had to take holidays just to go in mid day for help its pretty poor like

        Very disappointed. The Clydesdale Bank used to be one of the best. Since Virgin Money took over its appalling. Very difficult to get through to support on the phone now. They used to be very quick. When you do get through, customer service agents can be rude, unprofessional and unhelpful and can hang up on you. Online banking has numerous technical issues that can make it dysfunctional when you need it. Im switching away, had enough of Virgin Money. Sad to see the end of the Clydesdale Banks professionalism and excellent customer service.
