Steak pies, latte and oat latte were all great! Has been hard to find good coffee on our UK holiday, but these were perfect and they had good oat milk

So tasty. Stayed in Inverness for a week and came here a couple of times for fresh bread, rolls and pastries. Everything was really nice. Great sausage rolls

I always say that I judge a business not by the things they do right but how they right their wrongs. Yesterday I ordered 6 sandwiches: 2 coronation chicken, 2 egg mayo and 2 ham and cheese all on ciabatta bread. By mistake I received chicken mayo instead of egg mayo and cheese instead of ham and cheese. I should've checked sooner but I ordered these for a group of people ahead of a road trip. The owner contacted me to offer her apologies and explain what could have happened, without much fuzz and she was very understanding. There are areas of improvement in the customer service and the sandwiches, but they have a good selection of fresh pastries. Besides the sandwiches I also had the pain au chocolat and the croissants which were beautifully baked. The coronation chicken sandwich was very tasty too. Next time I'm in Inverness I'll make sure to visit and try some of the others.
