Wellbeing Natural Medicine

First went to visit Wellbeing Natural Medicine just over a year ago now with a frozen shoulder, I could not move my right arm and was in excruciating pain. After just 2 sessions I had almost 70% of the movement of my arm back and followed a course of regular treatments which worked wonders. I now go to Wellbeing Natural Medicine for monthly acupuncture treatments to keep on top of any aches and pains. Kassem is so friendly and puts you at ease and with over 40 years of experience it really shows, a true expert in his field.

Called them to book in for acupuncture treatment, but because I called from my work phone, which is a withheld number, the person that answered was unbelievably rude. Said their back was up because of the no number displayed. Horrid attitude for a business to have! Rude is the only word for it! I will take my business elsewhere you should too! Lucky escape on my part I think.

A holistic approach to just about any health issue. Kasseem is a lovely man, he put me right at ease the first time I met him. He does a consultation and explains how he is going to treat you. The premises have a ramp from the pavement and disabled parking with 2 steps up to the ramp. There are treatment rooms upstairs and downstairs and a toilet on the premises. They are spotless too. During treatment there's nice soothing music being played to help you chill out. You can chat or not. Your next appointment is made there and then and you get email or text reminders if you wish. He can be contacted if you have any queries about any aspect of your treatment this way and he replies quite quickly, depending on clients of course. I've had acupuncture twice after having been previously put off. My friend Nancy has been urging me to see him for some time. Just a thoroughly nice experience. Lovely customer care.

Ive been seeing Kaseem with my mum for around 17 years. I couldnt manage my health without him now. Just ask Kaseem anything, tell him your ailments. Theres nothing Ive found he cant help with.
